Elbogen Höfe Takes Shape –
Structural work well underway

During the construction site open house, ZIMA UNTERBERGER presented the current progress of the Elbogen Höfe project in St. Johann im Thalo.

Innsbruck/St. Johann i.T., May 11, 2026 – Construction of the Elbogen Höfe in St. Johann in Tyrol progressed to the point where the apartments were presented to the public during an open house at the construction site last Thursday. The structural work on buildings C and D has been completed, and interior work will begin shortly. This marks the start of the next phase for the project by ZIMA Unterberger Immobilien GmbH.

Last week’s open house at the construction site gave interested visitors the opportunity to see the current progress of the Elbogen Höfe project firsthand. On the project site across from the Panorama Swimming Pool, the ZIMA UNTERBERGER team provided insights into the project’s current progress and residential concept.

The Elbogen Höfe development features three standalone buildings housing 26 high-quality, 2- to 5-bedroom premium condominiums. The project stands out for its well-designed floor plans, spacious outdoor areas, and its central location in St. Johann in Tyrol. Each unit features a garden, a terrace, or a large balcony. The spacious penthouse apartments with rooftop terraces also offer an impressive view of the Wilder Kaiser.

“With the Elbogen Höfen, we are creating Tyrol high-end residential project in St. Johann in Tyrol that uniquely combines architectural quality, living comfort, and an outstanding location. We are grateful that everything is going according to plan so far and that we were able to open the first apartments for viewing today. This is an ideal opportunity to get a firsthand look at the project and its quality,” said Alexander Wolf, Managing Director of ZIMA Tyrol.

In addition to high-quality amenities, the Elbogen Höfe places special emphasis on regional quality and sustainability. The insulation is sourced locally, heating is provided by the St. Johann district heating network, and photovoltaic systems are installed on the roofs. A spacious underground parking garage, an elaborately designed green space, and the use of local craftsmen round out the concept, creating a modern living environment with lasting value.

The location also underscores the quality of the project: The Elbogen Höfe combine living close to nature with excellent practicality for everyday life. The center of St. Johann, shopping, schools, and recreational facilities are all just a few minutes away. At the same time, the Panorama Badewelt, tennis courts, and numerous cycling, hiking, and winter sports opportunities are practically right on your doorstep.
