In the Seestraße, the geothermal probes are currently being drilled. At House A, the facade is being installed and painting work is underway. In House B, the drywall walls are being filled, and the flashing and window sills are being installed. In addition, the terrace parapets are plastered here.

– House A: Fine plastering of apartments and stairwell, installation of interior window sills, installation of wall coverings on terraces (building plumber)
– House B: Installation of screed, facade substructure

In House A, the screed is currently being laid, work is underway on the HSL + electrical raw installations and on the substructure of the wooden facades, and the walls of the basement rooms are being insulated. In House B, work is also being carried out on the HSL + electrical raw installations, and the drywall walls are being erected and planked.

In House A, the drywall walls are being erected and the HSL and electrical raw installations are starting. Dobler Holzbau started assembling the facade on Monday. In House B, the windows are being installed, the ceilings are being filled and the elevator is being installed.

In House A, the interior walls are plastered, work is being carried out on the HSL + electrical raw installations and the elevator and the frame apartment entrance doors are being installed. Work is also underway on HSL + electrical raw installations in House B, as well as the formwork and cleaning work by the master builder. In addition, the emergency roof has been completed.

The excavation work is currently being carried out, and the working platform backfill is being installed at the same time.
