In the Seestraße, the geothermal probes are currently being drilled. At House A, the facade is being installed and painting work is underway. In House B, the drywall walls are being filled, and the flashing and window sills are being installed. In addition, the terrace parapets are plastered here.

In House A, the screed is currently being laid, work is underway on the HSL + electrical raw installations and on the substructure of the wooden facades, and the walls of the basement rooms are being insulated. In House B, work is also being carried out on the HSL + electrical raw installations, and the drywall walls are being erected and planked.
