Just a few meters from your new home, you can access a widely branched network of hiking and cycling trails. For shorter after-work tours, a hike to the „Hoher Sattel“ is ideal. Schafplatz Rankweil is also not far away – a public square with barbecue areas, a water playground and a large meadow for playing and relaxing in quiet nature.
Several bathing lakes, such as the Paspels lakes, can be reached in about 15 minutes by bicycle. From Pfäfersweg it is about a 10-minute walk to the center of the Rankweil community, where the Vinomna Center shopping center, various shops, cafes, restaurants, doctors and a pharmacy can be found. You can reach the Passage 22 shopping center with other restaurants and service providers in 10 minutes by bike. It is only about 3 minutes to the A14 motorway entrance. Here, too, the location on Pfäfersweg is an advantage: by car it takes about 10 minutes to get to Feldkirch city center and 15 minutes to the Dornbirn-West exit.

We would like to present the photos of the completed project. The lovingly designed outdoor areas are now in full bloom in the summer. The first residents were able to move into their apartments in the spring. We hope you enjoy your new home! There are currently still 3-room apartments and a penthouse available.

In Rankweil, the last ceiling is being formworked on House A. The shell of House B has already been completed – stripping and clean-up work is taking place here and the temporary roof is being torched.
