May 2026

In Building A, finishing work such as window installation, tile laying, painting, and exterior wall construction is underway. In Building B, insulation work is being done on the top floor, while painting is underway in the apartments and electrical wiring is being installed. In Building C, painting is also underway, and the roofing and sheet metal work have been fully installed.

April 2026

At House A, the green roof installation has been completed and tile laying has begun. At House B, the interior plastering is finished and everything is ready for the painter; the exterior plastering is nearing completion. At House C, the interior plastering has also been completed and the underfloor heating has been installed; roofing work has begun here.

March 2026

House B – Interior plastering currently in progress; facade insulation in progress

February 2026

In Building A, work has begun on the exterior insulation and interior plastering, and construction is underway to widen the road leading to the new underground parking garage. In Building B, the rough-in work and masonry are being completed, and in Building C, work on the interior walls is underway.

January 2026

The planned widening of the access road to the construction project in Lagundo/Mitterplars began in the first week of January.

December 2025

In House A, the rough electrical and plumbing installations were completed and the foam concrete was installed just in time before the Christmas holidays.

October 2025

In House A of the residential complex, the ceiling above the roof is about to be poured, while the brick walls have already been erected on the lower floors and the basic installation - heating and sanitary facilities - has begun. In House B, the ceiling above the 2nd floor is currently under construction.

September 2025

The structural work on buildings A and B is progressing rapidly. The upper floor ceiling of House A has already been concreted, as has the first floor ceiling of House B. Work on the backfilling is underway and the first coat of paint has been applied in the garage area. Work will soon start on the walls on the first floor of House A.

March 2025

The excavation pit protection is in the final phase and is about to be completed. The excavation of the pit is almost complete. The next step is to assemble the crane so that the remaining construction work can continue on schedule.
