In House A, the underfloor heating and the subfloor have been installed in the attic. Work has also begun on the insulated facade. In House B, drywall is currently being installed. In House C, the drywall is being spackled and the exterior walls are being plastered.

In Building A, the final drywall panels are being installed, and screed work will begin shortly. In Building B, interior plastering is underway, and preparations are being made for drywall installation. At Building C, the facade is being skim-coated, and inside, the screed has been laid and the drywall panels are being skim-coated.

In Building A, rough-in work is underway on ground first floor, while on top , the walls top closed off by the drywall contractor. In Building B, the risers are being installed, and preparatory work for the interior plastering is underway. In Building C, work on the insulated facade is in progress, and the installation of the subfloor is also beginning.

At House A, the risers are being installed and the interior walls are being marked out. At House B, the apartment entry doors are being installed, and at House C, the drywall contractor is finishing the final walls; the subfloor installer will begin shortly, and work on the insulated facade is also underway.

In general, excavation work is currently underway for A1, Magenta, electrical, and water lines. Meanwhile, interior plastering is taking place in Building A, while window installation is underway in Building B, where scaffolding has also been erected. In Building C, rough-in work and drywall installation are being carried out.

Work is underway on installing the rainwater drainage pipes and district heating lines. All roofs have been covered with gravel or planted with greenery—so installation of the solar panel system is now beginning. At House A, the final windows are being installed. At House B, the ceilings are being finished and the windows are being delivered. At House C, the drywall has been sheathed on one side, and work on the insulated facade is beginning.

March 2026

At House A, the ceiling is being spackled, window installation has begun, and drywall panels are being stored. At House B, drywall panels are also being stored, and building waterproofing is underway. At House C, the interior walls of the apartments are being plastered, and drywall installation has begun. Additionally, sewer work for the complex is in progress.

February 2026

Construction crane 1 has been dismantled. Waterproofing work is underway on the roof of the ramp building. At Building A, the temporary roof is being torched, and formwork removal is complete. At Building B, the temporary roof is also being torched, and formwork removal is underway. At Building C, window installation is in progress, the drywall panels have been stored, and the front door has been installed.

Construction work on the new Haferweg project is proceeding according to plan. In building A, formwork is being installed on the top floor. In building B, the stairs are being moved and formwork is also being installed on the top floor. In building C, the top floor, including the elevator shaft, is being concreted and the plumbers are carrying out sealing work – the shell of the building is now complete.

With the start of the new year, the walls of House A are being top and formwork is being removed at House top . At House C, the iron reinforcement for the top is being tied.

The ceiling above the upper floor and the first walls of House A have been concreted. The ceiling above the upper floor of House B has been concreted. And the walls of the attic of House C have been completed.
