April 2026

The electrical and plumbing work on the basement floor has been completed—foam concrete is currently being poured. On ground first floor, the interior partition walls have been completed; on ground , ceiling insulation work ground completed and foam concrete has been installed. On the second floor, the exterior walls are being poured, and formwork is being set up for part of the ceiling leading to the third floor.
March 2026

The concrete and brickwork on the basement level has been completed. The exterior ramp leading to the basement has been constructed on-site. On ground first floor, the exterior walls on the west side have been poured; the interior partition walls for ground are now also ground . Currently, formwork is being installed for the exterior partition walls in the east section and for the balcony slabs on the second floor on the west side.
January 2026

The excavation work and measures to secure the construction pit were completed in November. In the current construction phase, we are working on the second basement level. The wall components for the second construction phase are being installed there, while the ceiling for the first construction phase is being built at the same time. The work is progressing according to plan.
