The climatic spa town of Igls is one of the most popular districts of Innsbruck and is located only five kilometers south of the Tyrolean capital. With around 2000 inhabitants, Igls is embedded in an untouched natural landscape. There is also provision for quick access to Innsbruck city center or the neighboring villages. The bus line J connects to the city center in an extremely short journey every 10 minutes, for swimming at the Lansersee lake or for skiing on Innsbruck's local mountain, the Patscherkofel. You can leave your car in your own underground garage.

The new construction project Forty in Igls is ready for occupancy. The outdoor facilities are currently being finalized.
August 2023
The wooden terrace of the top floor apartment in the renovated old building has already taken shape – the sunny views from the terraces and balconies of the still available apartments in the old and new building already promise wonderful summer evenings for the future residents.
July 2023
In the new building, the wooden floors have been laid and the apartment entrance doors and interior doors have been installed. In the old building, the wooden terrace is under construction.
June 2022
The work on the construction site for the Forty residential project in Innsbruck-Igls is progressing according to plan.
June 2023
The flooring is currently being installed in Houses B and C. The asphalt work is taking place in the underground parking and the screed is currently being laid in House A.
May 2023
Work on the screed and facade is underway on House A. Work on the outdoor facilities, terraces and windows will start shortly. In the new buildings, Houses B and C, the floor coverings and outdoor facilities are being tackled. The asphalt paving of the underground parking will also take place soon.

The existing building is busy with drywall work, and the wooden facade of the new apartments is under construction.
February 2023
The roof of the existing building has already been insulated. In the new apartments, the drywall has been filled and the facade is currently being installed.
November 2022
The drywall and all interior installations are currently being carried out in the new apartments. Work is also progressing on the roof of the new and existing buildings.

Work on the roof is progressing on the existing building (House A). The wooden construction already creates a special atmosphere.
