The Attemsgarten development in Vienna-Donaustadt was completed in December and handed over to the homeowners—we wish them much joy and happiness in their new homes. Almost exactly two years ago, construction began on Attemsgasse—the video shows what has happened since then.

After two years of construction, the Attemsgarten new-build project in Donaustadt is ready for occupancy and looks forward to welcoming its future residents.
September 2023
Work is currently underway on the outdoor areas and private gardens, and post-construction cleaning of staircases 1 and 2 has begun. On staircase 3, the metalwork and facade work is currently being completed.

Work on the outdoor areas began in August, and the accessible rooftop gardens for urban gardening are already taking shape. The solar panels on the high roofs have also been installed. The first apartments are already being cleaned—meaning they are ready for handover at the end of the year.

On staircases 1 and 2, the private balconies and terraces are nearly complete. The spacious outdoor areas are already perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. There has also been a lot of progress in the basement: the district heating room is finished, the storage rooms are taking shape, the electricity meters are currently being installed, and the garage is already being painted.

On staircase 2 of the Attemsgarten new construction project, the scaffolding has been removed and the facade, including the metalwork, has been completed. Work is currently underway on installing the larch decking on the balconies.

The first apartments offer a glimpse of what the finished homes will look like: the walls have been freshly painted, bathtubs and shower trays are being installed, and the tile installers (including the project manager) are giving it their all. However, there is still a lot of work and many hours of labor required before the finished apartments are ready for handover. Watch the construction update video now!

In Staircase 1, the underfloor heating is currently being installed. In Staircase 2, the screed work has been completed, and the painter has already begun painting the first apartments. In Staircase 3, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work inside the building is in full swing.

A challenging year is drawing to a close, but the results are impressive. The Attemsgarten project is right on schedule: the structural work was completed in record time, and the interior finishing is progressing very quickly. In 2023, we will once again do our best to ensure that the handover of the apartments takes place as planned.

Work is currently in full swing at the construction site. Electricians, plumbers, drywall installers, subfloor installers, and painters are currently working on the interior finishing of the apartments. The windows have already been fully installed in stairwells 1 and 2, and work is already well underway on the facade of stairwell 2.

Structural work on Staircase 3 is currently underway on the 8th floor. The roof is expected to be completed here by the end of October. On Staircases 1 and 2, the French windows are already being installed, and interior work is proceeding at full speed as planned.

The structural work continues to progress rapidly according to schedule. Currently, construction and concrete work is underway at Staircase 1 on the 4th floor, Staircase 2 on the 5th floor, and Staircase 3 on the 2nd floor.

The structural work is progressing rapidly, and the buildings are steadily rising. The concrete pumps and vibrators are running at full capacity to ensure that construction continues at this pace.

The structural work on the basement has been completed. Now that spring is here, construction on the Attemsgarten apartments can really take off. Large quantities of structural steel (reinforcement) are currently being installed to ensure that the residential buildings remain stable even in the event of an earthquake.
