The first apartments offer a glimpse of what the finished homes will look like: the walls have been freshly painted, bathtubs and shower trays are being installed, and the tile installers (including the project manager) are giving it their all. In Staircase 1, the underfloor heating is currently being installed. In Staircase 2, the screed work has been completed, and the painter has already begun painting the first apartments. In Staircase 3, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work inside the building is in full swing.

The Attemsgarten project is right on schedule: the structural work was completed in record time, and the interior finishing is progressing very quickly. Work is currently in full swing at the construction site. Electricians, plumbers, drywall installers, subfloor installers, and painters are currently working on the interior finishing of the apartments. The windows have already been fully installed in stairwells 1 and 2, and work is already well underway on the facade of stairwell 2.

Structural work on Staircase 3 is currently underway on the 8th floor. The roof is expected to be completed here by the end of October. On Staircases 1 and 2, the French windows are already being installed, and interior work is proceeding at full speed as planned.

The structural work continues to progress rapidly according to schedule. Currently, construction and concrete work is underway at Staircase 1 on the 4th floor, Staircase 2 on the 5th floor, and Staircase 3 on the 2nd floor.

The structural work is progressing rapidly, and the buildings are steadily rising. The concrete pumps and vibrators are running at full capacity to ensure that construction continues at this pace.

The structural work on the basement has been completed. Now that spring is here, construction on the Attemsgarten apartments can really take off. Large quantities of structural steel (reinforcement) are currently being installed to ensure that the residential buildings remain stable even in the event of an earthquake.
