At the Annelies Quartier in Haar near Munich, the gardens and the inner park have already been completed. The interior work on the apartments is progressing rapidly so that the new residents can move in on schedule.

The work on the construction site in Haar is moving quickly towards completion. In the residential buildings, the interior work is almost complete and the final cleaning will take place shortly. House D is already completely finished and ready for occupancy. Read more

Construction is progressing rapidly at the building site in Haar near Munich, as impressively demonstrated by the time-lapse video from the construction camera. Thanks to the Krämmel team for the impressive work. We are moving forward towards completion at the end of 2024.
November 2023
Construction work at the Annelies Quartier in Haar near Munich is proceeding according to plan. The scaffolding has already been removed from Houses A and D, and the bright facades are shining in their full glory.

In Haar, work on the new construction project Annelies Quartier is on track. House A: Structural work on the 3rd top floor. House B: Structural work on the 2nd top floor. House C: Structural work ground floor/ceiling above the 1st basement floor. House D: Structural work on the roof floor, start of carpentry work, installation of facade windows, start of building technology installation.

Construction work at the Annelies Quartier is progressing on schedule. In House A, the walls and ceiling are being built on the 1st top floor. In House B, work is being carried out on the reinforced concrete ceiling above the 1st basement floor. In House C, the foundations and reinforced concrete supports are being built on the 1st basement floor. In House D, the walls on the roof floor are already growing in height.

Concreting and formwork are currently taking place in Haar. In Houses A and B, the basement is continuing to take shape. The 1st upper floor is already being built in House D.
