The Green Lounge on the ground floor will be set up as a meeting point. Selected plants inside and on the associated terrace ensure a high quality of stay. The Green Lounge can be used individually and is designed exclusively for the users of the building - here you can expect a free juice and coffee bar and everyone can heat up homemade or ordered food at lunchtime and eat in a pleasant atmosphere. The Green Lounge can also be used by tenants for seminars, celebrations or workshops - various models are planned for this.

Seminar or meeting room

As an alternative to the Green Lounge, a seminar or meeting room could also be located on the ground floor. The prestigious environment with comprehensive moderation equipment, sound system and accessories for online meetings and WLAN access is the ideal place for workshops, seminars and meetings.
