In the Attemsgarten new-build project, work is currently underway on the garage coating in the basement, the entrance ramp is being asphalted and the storage rooms and electricity meters are being installed.

The larch flooring is being installed in the ground at Staircase 1 and Staircase 2 and final cleaning has already begun. The installation of the metalwork (railings, plant troughs, privacy screens) is taking place on staircase 3.

The accessible roof gardens are being built on all 3 floors. Outside, open spaces and paths are under construction and the PV system on the high roofs is being completed.
